The Summit Eagle Workforce Housing Fund is a project to build affordable, LEED certified housing for essential workers in Colorado's mountain towns, starting with a pilot project in Vail. This development aims to address the local housing crisis by integrating sustainable homes with a holistic wellness center called Vailhalla and educational services for residents.
